PROCLEP CONTRACT INTELLIGENCE

Built from Experience. Driven by Purpose. Powered by Technology.

Proclep was not created in a software laboratory. It was born from years of working on complex infrastructure projects, managing contracts, resolving disputes, preparing claims, and witnessing how genuine contractual entitlements are often lost—not because the work was not performed, but because the contractual story was never properly documented.

PROCLEP

We Didn't Start with Software.

Our journey began on construction sites, project offices, and meeting rooms—long before writing a single line of software.

Proclep is built on over two decades of practical experience in project management, planning, contract administration, commercial management, claims, arbitration support, and legal advisory across highways, railways, metro systems, power plants, water infrastructure, industrial projects, and buildings.

Having managed these responsibilities firsthand, we experienced the recurring contractual challenges that infrastructure teams face—and that experience became the foundation for building Proclep.

While every project was different, one challenge remained the same.

THE CONTRACTUAL STORY

One record can change
the outcome.

WITHOUT A STRUCTURED RECORD INCOMPLETE
PROJECT CORRESPONDENCE CONTRACTUAL RECORD
DOCUMENT / ———

During execution, a delay occurred within the works. The event was discussed during project meetings but the relevant contractual record was not maintained.

The required notice could not be clearly established against the event.

Supporting evidence was scattered across correspondence, records and project files.

As the project progressed, the sequence of events became increasingly difficult to reconstruct and a dispute eventually arose.

THE CONTRACTUAL GAP

The contractual story was breaking apart.

The result was predictable—contractual entitlements became increasingly difficult to establish.

01
Notices were missed. Critical events were not always converted into timely contractual action.
02
Correspondence was inconsistent. Project communication became difficult to follow as events progressed.
03
Contract clauses were difficult to trace. Relevant contractual provisions were buried across project records.
04
Risks remained invisible until disputes arose. Issues became visible only after their contractual impact had grown.
05
Claims were prepared years after the events had occurred. The connection between event, evidence and entitlement became harder to establish.
